Many individuals who deal with grief also deal with depression and suicidal thoughts. Below are many connections if you find yourself in crisis.
I understand how difficult it can be to get to the other side of a crisis. I have been there, too.
But if you can just reach out to one of these dedicated folks who are there to help you, you can find relief. They are available for you; that’s what they do. They wait on telephones and online specifically for you when life hands you more than you think you can bear.
So when it seems like you are so alone and maybe your family and friends aren’t around to listen and comfort you, reach out to someone below. It’s all anonymous and they can help you with next steps to move you forward.
There is absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about. Everyone has been to a place in life where we think it will never get better. It’s ok. You don’t have to beat yourself up. You just have to reach out to someone who have more answers than you do right now.
So go online or pick up the phone because if you are thinking of taking your life, we would really miss you. You are valuable. You are loved. You are special. And even though you don’t think so right now, please reach out to someone who will be happy to help you realize that.
Life hands us twists and turns. It hands us unexpected surprises – sometimes the sad kind. We all deal with problems; sometimes some people are better at hiding them than others. But please realize that everyone, yes everyone, has some kind of problem that they deal with. You just may not know what they are.
So take a moment and find the number or website that best suits what you are going through right now and give them a call.
I will be glad you did!
